More on exercise and getting out:

May 5 is the annual All Children Exercise Simultaneously event.
Known as Project ACES, it takes place on the first Wednesday in May as part of National Physical Fitness and Sports Month along with National Physical Education Week. Since 1989, millions of children from all over the world exercise together to promote proper health and fitness habits.
Children can exercise, walk, jog, bike, dance, do aerobics, a combination or all of the above. There is no specific routine to follow and creativity is encouraged. The goal is to ensure that everyone has fun moving and exercising together.
