The mission of Dallas AfterSchool Network is to improve the quality and availability of afterschool programs so that every child, no matter his or her location or family circumstance, has equal access to high-quality afterschool programming. Dedicated volunteers are an integral part of afterschool programs as they provide children with more individual attention that can help a child excel academically, socially, and emotionally. In addition, reliable volunteers can lower programming cost and provide essential support to their staff and children.
