DALLAS - In Wednesday’s “After The Bell” report, a Dallas program teaches children the ropes of journalism.
The kids participating in the "Junior Reporter" program at the Roseland After School Academy are ready to break a story, video cell phones in hand. They meet with adviser Shawn Williams, the president and editor of Dallas South News, every Thursday afternoon.
