- Front Line Staff

- Program Managers and Site Directors
Qualified leadership helps ensure quality programs. Dallas AfterSchool Network offers training topics that reinforce management skills. Check the training calendar for all training opportunities.
- Executive Directors
The quality of a program, and even an organization, begins and ends with the Executive Director. Dallas AfterSchool Network occasionally offers training for this level of staff or can give referrals to other community organizations who help agencies grow at this level.
